Sales in Nashville have been picking up as of late. Sales have been up, I've never been busier. Nationally things are slowing. Rates are still great and there are lots of bargins out there. This is a hiccup...we are going to see ups and downs in the market for the next year or two. Demand is a funny thing...
quick question: do you forsee rates going any lower? I keep waiting for the perfect entry point before my family steps up in house. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
ReplyDeleteSorry to bother you again. My family just had to put down our 14 year old golden retriever, "Toodles". Its been tough. Anyways, we are left with her doghouse (aprox. 12 sq. feet). It was stick built and we hate to tear it down. We are thinking of listing it for sale. Would you be interested in the listing? Is 6% the standard realtor commission? Let me know.
ReplyDeleteCoach Price,
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry to hear about "Toodles". I know you'll miss riding him to school and back. Hopefully you can pick up a new dog to ride. I know it would be tough for you to learn how to drive after all these years. Hopefully your alter ego "Coach Lynn" can take over the commuting duties.
Yours truly,
Ross
Real funny. Do you want this listing or not? I've never seen a realtor run away from such a great opportunity.
